TCAPWA EVENTS AND HIGHLIGHTS
Middle Branch May Lunch, Learn & Demo
The Middle Branch met Thursday, May 19
for their quarterly Lunch & Learn. The topic
was ”How Timely Pavement Maintenance
Applications are Improving Municipal and
County Road Scores and Budgets.”
The gathering, attended by 28 Public Works
professionals, was hosted by the City of Forest
Hills where the attendees had the opportunity to
see a rejuvenation project being applied in the
field.
Zack Helm with Pavement Technology and
Brad Bivens with Neel Schaffer and currently city
engineer for Forest Hills, were the sponsors and
presenters.
Lee Clark, Middle TN Branch Director, and
Regina Santana, TCAPWA Vice President gave
updates on Chapter happenings.
Following the presentation and lunch,
attendees observed the rejuvenation process.

you to the City of Forest Hills for providing the
