Project of the Year Nomination Criteria

Purpose 2022 Winner

The TCAPWA Mark Miller Public Works Project of the Year Award was established to City of Alcoa
promote excellence in the management, administration, and implementation of public Marconi Boulevard Project

Categories (APWA categories) City of Kingsport City Hall
