Section 7 - SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS
1. Every applicant must submit an application form, completed in full.
2. Reference Letters: Applicant must also arrange for two letters of reference to be sent directly to TCAPWA. The
letters must come from two of the following: a) the Public Works Director of your city, b) a teacher, professor,
or guidance counselor from your current school, or c) from a personal acquaintance or clergy who can attest to
character.
3. Essay Requirement: Explain what Public Works means to you, or how you will use the scholarship money (200
words or less).
4. Completed essays, applications, and reference letters are to be submitted to: Shane Snoderly, TCAPWA

5. DEADLINE: Application, Essay and Letters of Reference must be received on or before July 15, 2025.
