Equipment Rodeo Offers Challenges

The Knoxville Equipment Rodeo
offered eight events for some friendly
competition. The winners of these
events might represent Knoxville at the
November State Conference in Nashville.
Six of the competitions are similar
to the State competitions. A couple are
unique to Knoxville: Lawnmower Race
and the Throw Ball Competition.
Competition was fierce and each event
had a large field.
Wheel Loader - 26 competitors
Grade-All - 31 competitors
Backhoe - 33 competitors
Knuckleboom - 48 competitors
Garbage Truck - 38 competitors
Bobcat - 41 competitors
Lawnmower Race - 43 competitors
Throw Ball - 26 competitors
We will no doubt see some of these
folks in Nashville where Knoxville will be
trying to hold on to the team trophy they
earned in 2022.
