  Shannon Carey is a freelance writer and editor and owns The Plucky Pen, her Knoxville-based media business. She has 12 years of
experience in journalism with publications like Shopper-News, The Knoxville Mercury, and The Slippery Rock Gazette. Most recently,
she is writing for local news website KnoxTNToday.com. She holds a BA in Writing/Communications from Maryville College.

  John Fox has been a manager with the Collierville Public Service Department since 2007 where he manages the daily activities
of the Solid Waste Collection Division, Streets and Drainage Division and Fleet Maintenance Division. Previously, he worked as a
contractor performing Environmental Remediation Services clearing unexploded ordnance for the Corps of Engineers. John Fox is
currently serving as the TCAPWA West Branch Director.

  Molly Gilbert is the Senior Marketing and Communications Specialist at Dura-Line Corporation and a member of TCAPWA. For
the last 13 years, she owned Molly Gilbert Marketing and was a freelance writer, editor, and marketing consultant. Previously, she
worked for over a decade in non-profits and state government roles. She holds a BA in Mass Communication, Journalism.

  Steve Hightower is the Fleet Maintenance Manager for the City of Kingsport.

  Klair Kimmey is Publisher of Tennessee Public Works Magazine. She earned a BFA from the University of Tennessee. After a
successful corporate career, she has for the past 16 years managed her own design firm, K. Kimmey Design.

  Susan Marlow has more than three decades of experience helping clients use geospatial technology and information management
to improve their transportation systems. She’s overseen the GIS and mapping in over 200 municipalities and jurisdictions in more
than 40 states across the US. A leader in her field, Susan spearheaded Stantec’s partnership with TennSMART, is actively involved
with The Rockefeller Foundation’s 100 Resilient Cities, founded the nonprofit Institute of GIS Studies (IGISS), and is Co-chair of the
Urban Land Institute’s Nashville Women’s Leadership Initiative.

  Rocky Robinson has over 14 years of service with Metro Nashville Public Works. He is responsible for representing Public Works
on all Fleet purchases, specifications, and fuel inquiries. Robinson is also responsible for all operations coordination activities of
which include emergency management, safety, and accreditation, and is currently the department’s Accreditation manager. Robinson
serves as the Website Committee Chair for the TCAPWA.

  Caterine Vogel is the Water Quality Technician for the City of Chattanooga, Department of Public Works.

  Greg Willis is the Street Supervisor for the City of Kingsport
