         Hopper Retires After 22 Years

           Loretta Hopper celebrated her
retirement, effective the end of 2023, with
a party featuring cake and gold balloons
with a room full of friends and family in
         attendance. Affectionately know as “Boss
Lady,” Loretta served as Public Works
Director of Signal Mountain for over 22
         years.
Hopper has been active in TCAPWA
since joining in 2005 – attending state
         conferences, national conferences and
helped teach TPWI classes. She also
served as Lower East Branch Director in
2023. Her intention is to stay involved
after retirement. We look forward to
drawing on her years of experience and
         knowledge especially in her continued
         involvement with TPWI.
