           John Chlarson, P.E. is Public Works and Utilities Consultant for the UT-MTAS.
           Kathleen Gibi is Executive Director of Keep the Tennessee River Beautiful. Formerly Public Affairs Specialist at the City of Knoxville, she
         was assigned to handle communications for the Public Works Department after joining the city in 2004. 
           Craig Ingram is Public Awareness Manager for Tennessee 811.
           Lisa Moore is a Senior Marketing Coordinator for Barge Design Solutions, Inc., a national engineering and architecture firm
         headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee. She is a member of The Society for Marketing Professional Services and recently served on the
         American Advertising Federation - Birmingham Board of Directors. 
           Ethan Skaggs, P.E., is TCAPWA West Branch Director, and Assistant City Engineer for the City of Germantown. He obtained his BSCE
         from the University of Memphis, concentrating in Transportation Engineering, and is a licensed Professional Engineer. Ethan has over 14
         years of experience in both the private and public sectors.
           Lisa Hood Skinner, CTA is a seasoned journalist, brand strategist and marketer who’s lived and worked around the world. In recent years
         she’s provided communications/strategic messaging for East Tennessee’s Innovation Valley and Tennessee Valley Authority. In the last six
         years, she has won five Golden Press Card Awards from the Society of Professional Journalists, East Tennessee chapter.
           Shap Stiles, P.E., has served as a transportation engineer for almost two decades, which includes more than ten years at Gresham Smith.
         He has worked in the field and managed construction projects during most of his career, which he really enjoys because it brings hands-
         on experience and understanding to the design with his project teams. His design and project management experience includes four-lane
         freeway/expressway facilities, urban, suburban and rural design.
