The City of Lakeland graciously hosted
the meeting, lunch and presentation at
International Harvester Managerial Park,

demonstration.
The meeting began with an update on
all things APWA and TCAPWA. West
Branch Director Jonathan Whitfield
discussed recent organization news and
upcoming events.
The meeting sponsor, Solmax, was
represented by Matt Patton and Jeff
Hoilman, who provided product samples
and presented information about the
benefits, best practices, and importance of
two bank stabilization products, Propex
Pyrawall and Propex Scourlock.
Members were not only able to
understand the benefit of these products
and earn a PDH, but were also able to see
the installation and finished product of
