         Following Chapter announcements,
         Bryon asked everyone to take a minute
         to introduce themselves. Justin Holland,
         Chapter Delegate, followed with news
         from National APWA. Mark Miller,
         Pigeon Forge PW Director and Chapter
         Administrator, shared information about
         the upcoming TPWI classes scheduled in
         November and December.
           Tim Russell with Sevierville Solid
         Waste kicked off the meeting with
         a discussion of how Sevierville has
         responded to the new ELT Regulations
         and Applications, the Training
         Provider Registry and the many new
         requirements.
           Following Tim, Chan Humbert, ELDT
         East Region Program Monitor 2, shared
         with the group that she is available
         to help those in the East Region of
         Tennessee navigate their way through
         the new policies and procedures. She was
         a wealth of information and shared her
         contact information (see below) along
         with two others in the ELDT Program.
         One thing she emphasized is that she
         is “not an auditor.” She is there to make
