Ryman Auditorium

The Historic Ryman Auditorium is one of the most influential venues in
country music. From the theatre’s website, “This place is hallowed ground.
This is the exact spot where bluegrass was born – where Johnny Cash
met June Carter, where souls were saved and a slice of history was nearly
lost.” If you want to dip into that history, self-guided and guided tours are
available, including backstage experiences, with plenty of exhibits and
activities to suit your group. If live music is what you seek, performances
available during the conference include Ben Rector with The Band Camino
and Jason Isbell and the 400 Unit. The Ryman is located a short walk from
the conference. Info: www.ryman.com
