TCAPWA EVENTS AND HIGHLIGHTS
         Lower East Branch Lunch & Learn                                                      By Director David Collins



           The City of
         Chattanooga hosted
         a Lunch and Learn at
         the Paul Clark Building
         on Tuesday, May 5th,
         featuring Environmental
         Products Group, Inc.
         and their innovative
         PB Pothole Patcher
         Truck. The session drew
         strong interest, with
         over 35 participants
         attending from various
         departments, along with
         guests from Hamilton
         County and the City of
         Red Bank.
           The event
         provided attendees
         with an opportunity
         to learn more about
         the latest advancements in pothole patching
         technology and roadway maintenance solutions.
         They also were able to engage directly with
         industry representatives, gaining insight into
         equipment that potentially could enhance the
         City’s maintenance operations. 
           One highlight was the live demonstration of the
         PB Pothole Patcher Truck. Attendees were able to
         see firsthand how the equipment operates and the
         efficiencies it offers in repairing roadway surfaces.
           Representatives from Environmental Products
         Group, Inc. showcased the truck’s advanced
         capabilities, including its ability to streamline
         patching operations, improve safety for crews,
         and deliver more durable roadway repairs. The
         demonstration generated strong interest and
         sparked valuable discussion regarding operational
         benefits and potential applications within the
         City’s infrastructure maintenance program. 
           The Lunch and Learn proved to be both
         informative and engaging, reinforcing the City’s
         commitment to exploring innovative solutions that
         improve public services and operational efficiency.
         Participants appreciated the opportunity to interact
         with the vendor, ask questions, and evaluate the
         equipment up close in a collaborative setting.
           As the City of Chattanooga continues to assess
         future equipment needs, events such as this
         provide valuable insight into technologies that
         may support safer, more efficient, and cost-
         effective roadway maintenance efforts moving
         forward. The event was sponsored by EPB
         employees Derek Albin, Territory Sales Manager;
         Trent Taylor, Tennessee Territory Sales Manager,
         and Ken Owens, PB National Sales Manager.
