           Bryon Fortner is Public Works Director for the city of Sevierville and TCAPWA Upper East Branch Director.
           John Fox is Public Utilities Manager for the Town of Collierville and President of TCAPWA. He has been a member of
         TCAPWA since 2012.
           Justin Holland is a Client Account Manager representing Jacobs Engineering in Tennessee and Kentucky and serves as
         the current President of the Tennessee American Public Works Association. He earned a Bachelor’s degree and Master’s
         degree from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. He is married to Kelley and they have two sons, Houston and
         Parker. 
           Klair Kimmey is Publisher of Tennessee Public Works Magazine. She earned a BFA from the University of Tennessee.
         After a successful corporate career, she has for the past 20 years managed her own design firm, K. Kimmey Design.
           Regina Santana, P.E., Engineering Services Director for the City of Lebanon, was the first female director of the Middle
         Branch and is now the first female Vice President of the Tennessee Chapter, American Public Works Association.
           Lisa Hood Skinner, CTA is a seasoned journalist, brand strategist and marketer who’s lived and worked around
         the world. In recent years she’s provided communications/strategic messaging for East Tennessee’s Innovation Valley
         and Tennessee Valley Authority. In the last six years, she has won five Golden Press Card Awards from the Society of
         Professional Journalists, East Tennessee chapter.
           Wendy Smith is the PR and Marketing Coordinator for the Town of Farragut. When she’s not reading, writing or riding
         her bike, Wendy enjoys spending time with her husband, Ed, and their three nearly-perfect children.
