The Lower East Branch held their final
Chapter meeting of the year on November
5. Foley Products Company hosted the
meeting.
Attendees were able to take an indoor
and outdoor plant tour to see how
reinforced concrete pipe (RCP) was
made. More than 17 individuals were
in attendance from various cities and
departments, which included the City of
Red Bank and the City of Chattanooga.
