         Tennessee Public Works Magazine depends on articles submitted from a variety of sources. We are thankful to our contributors. We

         Paul Brown is City of Morristown Public Works Director.
         John Chlarson, P. E., C.P. M, is a public works, engineering and utilities consultant for the University of Tennessee’s Municipal
         Technical Advisory Service, an agency of the UT Institute for Public Service. Chlarson also serves as TCAPWA Chapter Secretary and
         Co-Chair of the TCAPWA’s Tennessee Public Works Institute (TPWI). He is also ad-hoc secretary and MTAS liaison to the Tennessee
         Stormwater Association. He serves on the national APWA Water Resources Management Committee. He is also a member of TDEC’s
         Water Reuse Taskforce.
         Kathleen Gibi is Executive Director of Keep the Tennessee River Beautiful.
         Klair Kimmey is Publisher of Tennessee Public Works Magazine. She earned a BFA from the University of Tennessee. After a
         successful corporate career, she has for the past 24 years managed her own design firm, K. Kimmey Design. 
         Kris McAloon is City of Collegedale Director of Public Works.
         Quineka Moten is Outreach and Education Coordinator with the City of Knoxville Public Service Department.
         Donna Osmon is City of Columbia Public Works’ Senior Administrative Assistant.

         Lisa Hood Skinner, CTA, is a seasoned journalist, brand strategist and marketer who’s lived and worked around the world. In recent
         years she’s provided communications/strategic messaging for East Tennessee’s Innovation Valley and Tennessee Valley Authority.
         Within the last decade, she’s won five Golden Press Card Awards from the Society of Professional Journalists, East Tennessee chapter. 
         Chad Weth is City of Knoxville’s Deputy Chief Operating Officer.
