of Bo Mills, who is stepping down after
an impressive 40-year career with the City
of Germantown. Whitfield highlighted
Mills’ influential past presidency with both
the American Public Works Association
(APWA) and the Tennessee Chapter of
APWA (TCAPWA), noting his outstanding
contributions to the Public Works field.
