         updates on the Chapter’s upcoming
         initiatives and events. He also took a
         moment to acknowledge the retirement
         of Bo Mills, who is stepping down after
         an impressive 40-year career with the City
         of Germantown. Whitfield highlighted
         Mills’ influential past presidency with both
         the American Public Works Association
         (APWA) and the Tennessee Chapter of
         APWA (TCAPWA), noting his outstanding
         contributions to the Public Works field.
           Following Whitfield’s announcements,

         Technologies, Candler McCollum, CEO,
         and Aaron Rimes, Senior Regional
         Consultant, presented a valuable session
