The Tennessee Chapter earned the
PACE Award this year for the work
done in 2021. A number of people
were cheering from their seats but the
ones on stage were: APWA CEO Scott
Grayson, Klair Kimmey, John Chlarson,
Nicholas Bradshaw, Loretta Hopper,
Bryon Fortner, Justin Holland, and APWA
Past President Stan Brown.
Below: one of the musical groups
played a toe-tapping rendition of Rocky
Top. That got the Tennessee folks out of
their seats.
